In 2020, We played it safe and learned to appreciate the little things. Not just talking about our relationships or our social interactions and talking about our diet.

At least we learned, it is safe to say that we all deserve to exercise our right to self-love. So in 2021, we’re flipping the script to introduce a new approach to the way we eat — we call it as mindful feasting.

What does it mean mindfully feast? It means treating yourself to the foods that bring you joy & happiness, nourish your body with the good stuff, and — most importantly — make your taste buds sing.

Making a meal at home is fun and full of excitement, so here are some tips to remember, while cooking.

  1. Focus on ingredients.
  2. Prioritize plants.
  3. Embrace variety.
  4. Make your Taste Buds Sing.
